Privacy notice
This notice explains how the founder-operated Moonlancer website handles project inquiries and basic site measurement.
Operator and contact
Hamid Fattahi operates this website and is the commercial contact for Moonlancer inquiries. Questions, correction requests, or deletion requests can be sent to hamidfattahi.a@gmail.com
Information collected
The project intake can collect your name, work email, company, role, public company profile, industry, system context, problem, desired outcome, urgency, stage, technical context, deadline, budget band, contact preference, consent, and campaign attribution.
An unfinished form draft is stored only in your browser. It is removed after a successful submission and is not available to Moonlancer before you submit.
Purpose and processors
Inquiry data is used to assess fit, respond to you, prepare a proposal when appropriate, prevent abuse, and maintain commercial correspondence. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. A configured downstream workflow stores the inquiry and sends notification and confirmation emails.
Moonlancer uses a separately hosted Umami instance for privacy-focused page and conversion measurement. Analytics events do not include names, emails, companies, or project descriptions.
Retention
Inactive or unqualified inquiries are deleted after 90 days. Qualified commercial correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months. Contract, invoicing, accounting, dispute, or legal records may be kept longer where an agreement or applicable obligation requires it.
Sharing and your choices
Moonlancer does not sell inquiry data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and respond, or when required by law. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing hamidfattahi.a@gmail.com.
